If you are using a bow what is the draw back weight you need to use to hunt deer

Check your state hunting laws for minimum legal draw weights, then go from there.

Usually its no less than 45# minimum. Which anything inside 40 yards is killable w a 45# pull bow w heavy arrows and a GOOD razor and I do mean RAZOR sharp edge. Elk aand such are about the only thing heavier draws are ABSOLUTELY necessary for
