You CANNOT move at all .....wait until the turkey gets behind a tree or other object and then get your gun up.
A hen decoy would be helpful just make sure to set it on one side or the other of you.....preferably on the side opposite of which way you think the tom will be coming.
If you get a tom to gobble at your calling be patient and make him come to yuou....do not overcall or he will think the hen is the more interested party and he'll wait for her.
Most importantly get out and go, listen to the birds from fly down to breeding and excercise patience. You WILL get an education either with or without a tom in the bag. Anyone who says they havn't been outsmarted, outwitted or made a fool of is either lying or has little experience. __________________
