Congrats to you, and to your son.
While hunting with Dad some 19years ago, I killed my first buck at about 20ft with my grandfathers old 35 remington.
I can tell you that day hunting with you will stick with your son for the rest of his days.
I still remember my dad telling me when he started to field dress my buck........
"Now Kenny, I'm only gonna show you this once"

Last year my dad finally shoots his first deer in 25+ years. (He always see's deer, he's just always waiting on a big buck, I kept hounding him to shoot something)
He shoots two does on the run while I was pushing for him, before I dressed 'em out I said "Now Dad, I'm only gonna show you this....twice"

Congrats again

Thanks and you would have had De ja vu all over again if you had
been in the woods with us last Saturday.
