Default So...hunting is now bad?

How does a company called 'Camping World' determine that hunting is 'disgusting'?
I'm no fan of the Trumps, but the boys go on a safari, and all their kills are donated to the local villagers as food...but this guy pulls advertising?

I've never heard of them. But I can promise that they'll never see a cent from me if I did know where they were. If you know any hunters (ROFL) they may be interested in knowing that this companies CEO actually looks down on them.

Okay. Anyone that wants to contact them can do so through this site. I am not asking anyone to start a 'chain letter', but if you can forward this to NRA or anyone/group who is involved in hunting, it's time to let this dumba$$ know that hunters don't appreciate being insulted, especially by what is supposedly an outdoor company.

Well, I already sent my email expressing my opinion. This is a company that makes it's living on outdoorsmen, and they're going to act like we're too stupid and barbaric to realize we're bad in their mind? As long as they have their current CEO, they won't get a cent from me.

Kinda like ASSPro shops refusing to sell ammo.

I try to do my business these days with the small town mom and pop shops in the area(s) i am hunting/fishing in.

Screw the big corporate big box stores that put new meaning to "the right hand not knowing what the left is doing" and run by big wig CEO's that dont know/care where their fat paycheck is actually coming from!

I dont do business with Cabelas, Gander Mountain, ASSPro etc

They are an RV sales and parts company. I have done business with them in the past but no longer.

Yeah, a BIG one obviously considering they have the cash on hand to sponsor the NASCAR truck series!

Again more money than brains obviously!

Just how many folks would you guess that go to NASCAR races, buy RVs, ALSO hunt/shoot?? Hmmm??

Why would you assume that a sport started in the south by bootleggers would attract those who might pursue outdoor activities? Dude, that's profiling. You need to stop now.

To clarify our position, Camping World as America's Largest Outdoor Company, believes in personal freedom. In this country, people are free to choose. This issue at hand is not about whether people should be able to hunt or not. Our company is neither for nor against hunting. We are for personal choice and having people enjoy the outdoors in whatever fashion they choose. However, in our opinion, if and when the hunting of endangered species occurs, whether in the United States or abroad, it is not acceptable to even the most avid of hunters. We remain strong in our conviction of preserving the outdoors, protecting our great country's lands and the freedom to choose.
I received this reply from Camping World.

Are any of those animals on the endangered species list?
