Default scope light for night hunting

Looking for a scope light for shooting deer at night ( legal permit not whiskey and poaching). I am not looking to spend the $1,000 + for an night vision scope. The farthest shot will be around 75 yards. The gun I am planning to use is my 742 woodsmaster 30-06 with a luepold. Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you have a permit to destroy deer (here in VA they are issued when deer are destroying crops) have you considered just adding a hi intensity mini lite to your rifle? Have done that as an underbarrel, it works.

The ND3 Laser sounds like the light for you.
I have one and they work great for varmints, and hogs. The 30mm ND3 will work out to around 150 yards.

ND3 Green Laser Designator for hunting and EMT | Laser Genetics

Natchez Shooters Supply sells them for $249.

Alright guys thanks for the help. Decided to try out the 532 lumen cabelas version. So far for the price this light works great. I can get out to about 150 yards with no problems. And yes the permit is for crop damage. Watched a field of peas get nibbled to nothing in 2 nights. Hard on a farmer.

Good luck- I went out one night with a peanut farmer that had a permit. Standing in the bed of the pickup when they pulled into the field, flicked on the spotlight- there were 57 deer in the field, having a snack of peanuts.

Have some lse hold the spotlight and find the animal in the scope it is relatively simple. I shot 2 raccoons tonight out of tree doing the same....a deer at 75 yards should be like shooting fish in a barrel.
