i second the 458 socom AR15. here is mine:

on the left is a 458 socom round 350grn softpoint. equivelant of the 45-70. 223 is on the right.

You can read all about it - http://www.firearmstalk.com/forums/f35/has-begun-13053/

Don't forget to read all about Magnum PIG as well, a truly fine specimen of the .458 variety - http://www.firearmstalk.com/forums/f20/build-time-has-come-22019/

Default boar pic

nice pix, that is about par for boars here in east tx.....the average for a bad boy here is 250-350lbs with 2.5 -3 cutters.east tx wild hogs are a cross-bred strain of domestics that went feral and the russian that were imported in the 30's. on a side note .....if you need to get rid of a body ,slice them from chin to pubic bone, kick the innards askew, pour 50lbs of corn in cavity....the hogs will leave no trace ,will eat bones and all

NO, but this is a "Bad Azz" Hog Gun, my AR-45:

MAGNUM P.I.G 458 SOCOM

And the BU hip gun Fenrir, my Colt 460 Rowland w/8+1 Cor-Bon 255gr BC.

Big holes mean more leaks out,
drop the blood pressure, drop the target.

"Miss small..." especially when you have small targets!
