I agree with the natural part of you part, but do you know anyone who has ever gone on one of these safaris that only owns one gun?
And if one is serious enough to hunt in africa, I'd wager they have shot these guns in their homeland as well. I own a Sako, and a Weatherby, and although they are of different manufactures, they operate in the same way. Similar type of thumb safeties, and both bolts.

I personally use a Winchester 94 .30-30 with a 16" barrel for whitetail in a heavily wooded area. I find that it's a wonderful brush gun.
