Small game with a .22. Other than that nothing. Calibers that are meant for man stopping have no business in the deer woods unless in the hands of a competent marksman and super experienced hunter. Then the only reason to do it is for the challange.
best thing to hunt with a semi auto pistol is people.
also small varmints drop pretty well from a pistol
a 22 with shotshells will end a snake real well as well
