I Am babysitting for friends and the kid is assaulting me with all the nerf guns in the world. I am being hunted. I hide and he finds me. Help!

If you have time to FTF then you have time to locate, close with, and destroy the enemy, by fire and maneuver, or repel the enemy assault by fire and close combat.
