In my opinion Geese are a bit tastier than ducks...I may try shooting them next year after I've gotten my safety course field day done and some more practice with hitting moving targets (clay pigeon shooting is a ton of fun). MY girlfriend also doesn't like the idea of me killing animals so I may have to do a bit more convincing.

my mom likes to use a lot of red wine in her cooking (meh) and I think it also may have stayed in the oven a bit too long. Maybe next time I'll try it in a stew or maybe grilled? that souns fun.
