Depends on how much money you got to spend and how much quality. If you want TV show quality then sure you can get cameras that will zoom that far.

If you just want youtube quality where you can see a fuzzy little dot then see it get hit by a smaller fuzzy dot. Then get a regular camcorder with a lot of zoom.
