I try to go out and watch game to learn how to hunt them. Also clean up shooting lanes and work on stands.

I would definitely put about 15-20ft of rope to use if you need to drag an animal very far. I used one on the hog I killed, tied a loop for my arm a slung on my shoulder to pull out 200 yds to the road.

When I was 14 I sewed some old black tie-down straps to go over the buttstock of my .22LR bolt action and hold extra magazines. It was pretty cool and lasted for several years.
