What are y'alls favorite deer recipes for jerky and steak?

I would be murdered in cold blood by the original owner if I posted my favorite jerky recipe.

Take 2 deer steaks and cook in a crock pot with lipton onion soup. Once cooked, shred with a pair of forks. Mix in 1/2 pack of cream cheese until melted. Add Frank's Red Hot to taste. Spread on french bread and top with cheese of choice. Toast in the oven. Mmmmm.
