Funny thing Hawg, I mentioned this thread to my nephew who hunts near Pachuta, MS and also near Sharon, MS. He almost popped a doe with big white splotches last week, but she had another deer with her that looked questionable as far as solo viability but was spot-free, so he passed. Maybe he will see her again next year. I think he was at his stand in Sharon.

two years ago I saw a BLACK whitetail at ft benning ga. He/she was black where it should have been brown and all white areas were normal.

I ran these to down on my bike when I got sent to Washington for the best 2. (Insert Mormon missionary joke here. Why do they bury them 12 feet deep? To fit the bike too!)

Quality kinda sucks (damn this IOS 5 update!) but these are west coast black tail deer I'm told.
