You must have dumber crows. Damn things fly soon as you stop the pickup out here. No season at least. Once in a great while you can get a decent shot but it's usually 200+ yards. Ledbetter did 270 one out of the air once though.

I wouldn't have believed it if rope hadn't seen it either. 100 yards off, wind blowing fast enough the crow could just float. So I aimed about a foot in front of him and he dropped. We both jumped outta the truck so fast cause we were in shock.

The crows here "know" when you are armed... Like he says stop the truck and they are gone! Unless you don't have your rifle.

The reason you can make these great shots on crows is? The Utah Crows are bigger and slower than other crows.
