Default Critter

Ran into this critter while getting some pre season work done at our hunt camp last weekend.

How did you cook it?

It must be their time of year; my BIL killed one at his shop last week, same pattern. He called it a timber rattler, not sure if that is correct. I am pretty sure his assistant cooked and ate it.

Kinda stringy. Didn't care for it and it does NOT taste just like chicken.
