Coyote hunt contest...

I am excited, this weekend is another hunt with 17 teams competing. They will pay the top 3 places, each team can have up to 3 people. I think top pay is $375. Should be fun, I use Primos hand calls and an electronic Alpha Dog. :D

They have them around here every couple weeks, just had one at the local tavern last weekend, they allow up to 10 man teams in the dog hunter division and 3 man teams in the caller division. Had few dog hunters this year but 8 times as many callers.

I didn't win anything today, shot one coyote and this huge beast! I had my electronic caller stuck on my glove while holding the forearm of my mini 14. I knocked him down on the 1st shot, 55 Nosler bt. He got up again and gave him a few more! BBQ!

My brother was with me and saw it first. He just started hitting my arm saying look! Look! He ran out of the woods behind us into the open field. Distance was about 150 yds, my brother was shooting a Savage bolt 223 with 52 gr Match Kings.

Find when and where they are in your state, get a team together and enter

Come join us in NW Arkansas if you want or have your own with a group of friends or go to a local gunshop and start a friendly pot. We did $50 per team but you can do $25 to get started and winner take all or pay top 3 places.
