There are many dozens of different powders that could be used in the .30-06. Many would not be appropriate in a .300 H&H. What powder are you referring to? If you are proposing pulling down the .30-06 ammo to salvage the powder... DON'T DO IT!!!

Most commercial 30-06 are blended powders where two or more powders are combined and then used across different calibers to reduce costs. Reusing these in a different cartridge is extremely dangerous.

Military surplus is also ill suited to reuse in a different cartridge

If you know what company made the ammunition and when you can contact them for more info. They may or may not help you.

What you saying is right brother?

I have left with sellier & bellot 180 gr SP TIP

I have no choice to buy 300 H&H ammo even one ammo in India.

Help me out to find the proportion to load 300 H&H from a 3006 ammo

You have a gun that requires ammo that is impossible to get in your country? I hope you got it really cheap.

Most of the calibers left in India apart from 3006,308,.22LR are without ammo.

But even the rifle pricing are 200 to 300% higher than the international market because of the export, too much of crazy people are here, don't know how to judge and buy a gun, even they are ready to buy a junk weapon for 500$. Hope you understand these Indians. I am fed up with my countries political rules

contact S&B via email they may disclose their powder type. if they do then you can use published load data for that powder in your cartridge.
