Default Can you hunt with a .22?

What can you hunt with a .22 in Oregon? I would like for a nice little meal or something. Where would you go recommend going in Oregon, I live in western part of Oregon and would like to stay local.

Let mr know when you find a place/prey to hunt. I'll happily join you as I'm new to Oregon and keen to get out there myself.

There seem to be plenty of Nutria where I live and I know you can shoot them although eating them might be a challenge for some

Nutria is good and good for you. Bon Appetit. They're strictly vegetarians, their diet being 99% root systems of plants.

Ok I have done some research and found you can hunt silver grey squirrel. Season doesn't open till august. I will look into nutria and the taste. thanks for the replys!

As for as I know I think they're good. I would like to go hunting sometime but not sure when.

Shoot, I scrape a nutria up off the side of the road every now and then if it's fresh.
