I shot one once deer hunting with a 12 gauge 1 oz. slug.....rolled em real good and he got up and ran off! Must of been a little far back due to the fact that he bolted when he finally seen me at about 10 yds away. I'm anxious to try the nosler 60g ballistic tip in my AR. I haven't really hunted them much but have blasted a few turkey hunting........ the ones dumb enough to fall for a lip kiss without getting downwind.
