I like large calibers, although, that doesn't look like too much fun to me. I did enjoy the Rage music as it seemed very fitting. __________________ God, Family, Guns, in that order. |

I doubt any of those people had ever fired a big bore rifle in their lives. Some didn't even shoulder the weapon correctly. __________________ Molon Labe!

that looks like one beast of a rifle, i bet that short barrel doesn't help it. the only guy who could handle it was the last guy! __________________

its a gunshop in south africa. the store owner is a complete douche as something like the 577 trex can do real damage as in breaking collar bones or worse if not fired with correct form and technique. they let anyone walk in and shoot it then post the vids.
ive been shooting big bore rifles for 2 decades. without proper technique even a 416 can tear ligaments. for a gunstore to allow that to go on just exudes douchness.
here is a sample of proper form

It's a Hannibal rifle made by A-Square, chambered in the 577 Tyrannosaur or .577 T-rex.
Here's a pair of the T-rex on either side of a 308 Winchester.
The .577 Tyrannosaur was developed by A-Square in 1993 for big game hunting in Africa. The cartridge on the right contains a 0.585-inch (14.9 mm) diameter 750-grain (49 g) Monolithic Solid Projectile which when fired moves at 2,460 ft/s (750 m/s) producing 10,180 foot-pounds force (13,800 J) of muzzle energy. __________________ .
