Look up the Civilian Marksmanship Program in your area. Civilian Marksmanship Program for information.

you could enlist in the marine corps when you are old enough. the marine corps prides itself on every marine is a rifleman and they would be glad to teach you how to shoot long range. another benefit is ammo wouldn't cost you anything! they also use to have their own competition shooting team. you're only fifteen so you have a few years to think about it.

I always told my mom that I wanted to join the marines but she told me she'll kill me before they do.

My mom told me the only reason she signed the papers when I was 17 is because she just knew I'd do it at 18 whether I had her blessing or not.

Respect your mom, but in my eyes 15 is a young man, and she needs to learn this, because at 18 you're responsible for yourself, and that's only 3 years away.

NRA, as well as the CMP, may be able to help you out.
