Pardon the basic question. I've read the NRA rule book regarding target sizes for FT/R class and it doesn't say whether the sizes are radius or diameter. I assume diameter. For instance, 500 yd X-ring is 5 inches. So if it's diameter then you must be within 1/2 moa (2 1/2") of dead center to score X. Is that right?
