DefaultIowa Shooting

I live in Iowa, and was wanting to get back in to competitive shooting. I used to do a lot of competition shooting, but didn't know what is still around.

This is several months late, but see Home Page for our competitions near Montezuma: .22 bullseye pistol; NRA high-power rifle; USBR benchrest (rimfire and center fire); we usually have small-bore 100-yd prone too, but not organized this year.

There are also matches in Milan, IL which is about 2 hours East of you. They require you to be an NRA member and pay 175 bucks for a year of membership. I don't know what the fees for the matches are, but they have a 600 yard rifle range, a covered outdoor pistol range and an indoor pistol range. Their website is crappy as it is in the works but there is POC info on there. Good Luck
