Even though "shooting lousy" disappoints us, I think if it as "I need to get out and shoot more" which is a fun and good thing, isn't it? Keep at it. You will get better.

One suggestion is to not hang on the barricades so much.
Move back or out a little. Shooting while touching the barricade is not how you practice, so why do that during a match?
A little change can make a big difference.
