Does buying multiple NFA firearms/items require seperate forms to fill out or is it all combined into one form? For example, if say I was to buy a selectfire SBR with a detachable suppressor, would I need to fill out three different forms or just one?

You must have a set (2) of forms for EACH NFA controlled firearm that has a serial number.
1 set for a machinegun and 1 set for a supressor. = 200 + 200 = 400 transfer
