Question

I'm new to NFA items. Just found out my Form 4 was approved this week.

Wait time from file pending to approval was 4 months 18 days. From initial purchase to approval 5 months 13 days.

What I am confused about is what happens now, Gov sends the stamp to my house and I take it to store to get the item? Any thoughts on how long it takes for them to actually send the stamp. Thanks in advance.

I went to the BATF site, and this is what I found.
Maybe it will assist you.

Thanks Dan. I read the link you sent before. It merely speaks of the wait times, which hold true to the paragraph, less than 6 months. However I should clarify my question a bit. Does the Gov send the stamp to my house or to the store where I purchased the item and is it typically a long wait time to receive the stamp?

The BATF will send it to your dealer. Your dealer will call you, hopefully in short order. If you don't hear from your dealer in about two weeks, I would give him a call.
