Hi I'm new to Title 2 weapon transfers. I had a question about pre-86 machine guns. Is there any reason why a pre-86 machine gun would not be cilivilian transferable? I thought all pre-86 machine guns where civilian transferable. If the dealer is in another state he should be able to send it to my Class 3 dealer and then I get it from my dealer on a form 4 correct?

IF its a "transferable" MG then yes, I dont beleive you can buy any Pre 86 Dealer samples, (usally alittle cheaper) unless you are a SOT. And ofcourse no Post 86 stuff.
