Default "The" in a NFA Trust Name?

Setting up a trust and my lawyer said that usually a trust name starts with "THE", like "THE BLANK NFA TRUST".

But in that case the Form 1 and engraving on the receiver for an SBR would also have to include "THE" in the trust name right?

I'd prefer to to include "THE" in the engraving.

Did you all include "THE" in the trust name and what are the pros and cons of including it or not?

Thanks.

you have to include the full trust name in the engraving. no additions or subtractions. trust names do not have to start with "the" however. so if you have the in there it has to be on the engraving.

a trust can just be called "monkeyballs trust" if you want.

I was advised by my lawyer that a trust is a private document and the trust names are NOT "registered" anywhere. There is no database of trust names that you need to check before naming your trust so you could use "In god We Trust" but it's wise to make your trust something original and somehow tied to you like your name or initials.
