Default new guy from georgia with a question

Hey everybody as the topic states im the new guy from Georgia with a question. Im currently in the process of obtaining my FFL {01} and was wondering if a criminial trespassing charge and a D.U.I-Alcohol would get me declined? Any other tips and pitfalls to look for is appreciated. Also im not doing this out of my home, I will have a storefront that I will share with another non-firearm retailer. Thanks for the help and im looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome to the FTF. We have an "Introductions" area where you can tell us a little about yourself.

Asking legal information in a forum is not best source. We are world wide and may not have particulars on your situation.

The best source is the BATF website or the BATF itself (I think they have an office in Atlanta). Anybody asking about getting an FFL is normally directed there.

Did you give out money for a "kit" to help you get your FFL application?
