Hey everybody as the topic states im the new guy from Georgia with a question. Im currently in the process of obtaining my FFL {01} and was wondering if a criminial trespassing charge and a D.U.I-Alcohol would get me declined? Any other tips and pitfalls to look for is appreciated. Also im not doing this out of my home, I will have a storefront that I will share with another non-firearm retailer. Thanks for the help and im looking forward to getting to know you all.
