You are required to notify the BATF license center in Atlanta a minimum of 30 days in advance of ANY address change.

When I moved from Texas to Colorado in 1999, I was told I would have to have an on-site inspection before a new license could be issued. I was told on Wednesday that an inspector would be here on Friday. No one showed, and I received my new FFL in the mail on Saturday. That was 10 years ago, and I have yet to have an inspection.
