That video has been around for years, the general consensus is that it was faked. As far as liberals not being able to handle guns, it ain't always true. You should come shoot with me some time, you might be surprised.

Funny but FAKE.... First off it looks fake, secondly why when everyone is fleeing the cameraman stands fast while a AK47 wielding chimp goes on a shooting spree???
