Crooks who walk in on me get #9 birdshot, and if that's what they want to say while they bleed out then they get to.

I am an idiot when it comes to Uzi's, but in my mind I always pictured them as the cheap guns that were poorly constructed just to keep it dirt cheap.
Am I wrong and if I am, how wrong am I?

Basically I want to know if it is a good gun.

Uzi's are very well made, though the Israeli receivers were not heat treated so it is possible for the sheet metal to wear. But they last a very long time.

I have always found the Uzi to be durable, accurate and 100% reliable.

Like M14 said, it's a really good gun. Durable, and very accurate for a full auto. The trick to the Uzi is that they're 9mm. They're easy to shoot in bursts, and don't get as hot as fast as the "big boys".

If you're considering a class III, I highly recommend the Uzi.
