Alright, things are moving in the right direction....have me some distributors locked in and all that good stuff....so now for my questions....

1. When you charge shipping on the guns, do you charge the customer the shipping from distributor to you and then from you to the FFL of their choice?

2. If i order a gun for someone and ship it to thier FFL and they fail the background check do you just eat the cost to get it back and the gun or do you charge a restocking fee to the customer or what? what do you all do?

1. Your price should include what you pay. Shipping to an individual's FFL should be covered by the customer.

2. Never let a gun go without having the money in your hand. You are then paid. If the customer fails the background check, chances are slim that you will get them to pay a restocking fee or return shipping. So as long as you have your money, the firearm is at the receiving FFL, the individual is out of the cost of a firearm, not you. But your part is done.

so there are no legal issues with keeping the individuals money if they fail the BG check? And the FFL you sent the weapon to just gets to keep the weapon...free? Is that becasue you dispositioed it to them?

The individual can own, but not possess. The firearm is no longer in your possession if you have money and sent it to an FFL.

Whatever deal the buyer works out with the receiving FFL is not of you concern if you advertised "all sales final".
They could call you and work out a deal, but that would be up to you.
Or the receiving FFL could sell the firearm for the individual.
Or the receiving FFL could charge storage to the buyer.
