Default Firearms Delivery Procedures

Ok I looked through the forum and on the ATF website and couldn't find an answer. As I am in the process of filling out my FFL application I was wondering about who can sign for a package containing a firearm? Since I am starting out of the house on a part time basis until I get more established I will be keeping my full time job. With that said there is a possibility that the wife will have to receive most of the packages. Do I need to put her on the FFL since the license will be in the business name?

As long as the person receiving is 21 or older, there is no problem and does not need to be added to FFL.
