FFL has been issued
The nice lady at the ATF licensing center in WV informed me that my FFL 01 was issued April 14th and will be mailed today. Issued 2 days past 3 months from the application being mailed out.
Once i get set up with he FBI for NICS, KB Firearms will be ready to roll.
Thanks for all the kind support and advice.

NY dealers license was issued almost 2 months ago, it only took them 5 weeks, i suspect the fact i have a concealed carry permit with them helps there.

Thanks yall, the NICS thing with the FBI is really fast, i faxed my form Thur 5PM, they call me Fri 9AM all set up.
Now i just gotta line up some distributors
