No. The class 3 ffl is for buying and selling such items as a business. Its easier to go the trust or personal xfer route than it is to maintain an 03 ffl.

While you can buy certain nfa items using a ffl solely to purchase personal items will land you in jail. Its one of things redjacket got in trouble for and one of the reasons they lost their ffl.

As a SOT special occupancy tax type ffl you can manufacture full auto for sale to government agencies and the military but you need prior approval to do so and have to show the batfe proof that the items to be made will be sold or demonstrated to lawful agencies

Yeah- well, I hear I am handsome, intelligent, sexy and wealthy. Accuracy of 1 out of 4 seems to be the rule on a lot of things.

You need to look at the difference between OWNING a full auto, SELLING full autos, and MAKING full autos. Bottom line- it is an expensive process, there are no shortcuts, and no, you probably cannot.

As far as what you see on tv on Red jackets, etc- no. You cannot make full auto firearms except for military agencies and law enforcement agencies.
