If you live in an "Incorporated" area then you will have Zoning Regulations and more than likely restrictions on Home Based Businesses. IF you live in an "Un-Incorporated Area" then No zoning and no restrictions on home based businesses. If you have Zoning Regs, you MUST comply with them to get a FFL. pretty straight forward.
