A fairly famous and VERY wealthy local high tech entrepreneur used his F/A Uzi when an intruder entered his house. A short bust sent the goblin to cover, where we later found him. No need to confiscate anything. A short written statement and off to jail for the interloper.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

The sad fact of the story is every thing is this. Every thing is up to the county attorney. Example here in az which is a gun state. A retired teacher (mr. Fish)shot a bad guy. He was hikeing in a semi remote area. carrying a 10mm. Good shoot but the prosecuter said the gun was not one used for self defence. And the poor guy spent a time in prison. And lots of money spent for legal defence. All of this cause the prosecutor thought the gun was the wrong kind in his opinion ( one for the defence of wild animals not humans). Now I am sure a few comments will be made. But this has happend. Personally I could care less if you used a rock to a bolt of lightning. My title 2 weapons are locked up. But if it is what I have in my hand at said time. I will use it. And I will play the lottery like every one else
