My home security system: 1 bitey German Shepherd on an M60. 
Ain't been burglarized yet.
Now if I can just get him to stop yelling "Cats in the wire!"

I just toss it over my shoulder with one short belt wrapped around it and the Shepherd carries the extra belts.
