Default Which buffer would you buy?

10.5" RRA barrel with carbine gas rod, carbine length buffer tube/stock.

H2 or H3? Or Spike's T2 or T3? Thanks.

When I faced a similar problem for a 7" BHW barrel, I started by 'stealing' the buffer and spring from another AR15. The carbine buffer and spring worked great.

Hopefully you have access to some temporary loaners and give it a whirl.

I just picked a cheap spring and buffer at the local gun show to continue testing.

Contact Alan at Sprinco. He can give good professional advise on this particular set up. He has (I believe) 4 different buffer springs depending on the application. He will know which buffer to use. I would lean toward an H-2.
