Licenses are sent via USPS. Never heard of a starter pack.

I was told that I would be receiving two different things. The license would be sent by itself and then the regulation book, NICS, and other info would be sent out from a separate location. I haven't received mine yet either. I called yesterday to check and they told me m license was issued on 11-2 and that I should be receiving both packets any day now. I'll let you know more when I can.

The starter pack I was refering to is what my IOI called it, its just a packet of 10 4473 forms, some theft loss forms, multiple sale forms, some youth handgun flyers and poster, personal firearms record book, safety and security booklet and the 5300.4 manual. It also should have had the state laws manual in it but there was a form saying it was on backorder.

Got my FFL and starter pack in the mail on friday both USPS. Now to tie up a few loose ends and get this place open for business

My license was issued on 11-2 and I have yet to receive my license or the starter the pack. We are going on 10 days since issue for me.
