If you do not get an answer here, stop by auctionarms.com, or gunbroker.com. Both sites have a "find a ffl" feature. Plug in your zip. get a list of ffls in your area that are willing to be transfer agents- in most cases, lists their prices. Good luck- and get out of CA while you can!
