Ammo sales/ is FFL needed?
 

I own a small liquor/convience store in Iowa. There is a need for a place in town to buy ammunition. I would like to purchase wholesale ammo on-line and resale it in my store. Is a Federal firearm license needed for this juncture. Thanks for your time. Harp

Q: Is a license required to engage in the business of selling small arms ammunition?
No. A license is not required for a dealer in ammunition only, but a manufacturer or an importer of ammunition must be licensed.
