Default Yugo M24/47

I'm considering buying a yugo M24/47 (straight bolt/special select) from Samco Global. Does anyone own this rifle? Is it a good buy? Is Samco Global reliable?

I have purchased several 24/47's over the years. They are nice and clean up pretty well. I have not purchased or had any dealings with Samco so cannot comment. I think my 24/47's came from Widners, Aim or SOG.

I bought a yugo 24/47 samco import from a local gun dealer for $199 about 5 years ago. I have had no problems, shoot it quite a bit and it is more accurate than my K98k mauser. Also it was in good to very good cond.

My dad bought one, can't remember where from, and it is pretty nice for a mil-surp.

I have dealt w/ Samco quite a bit over the years. Their 24/47's are very nice. After you place your order, wait a few days and call them. You will get a nice lady named Abda. She has an accent, but if you are polite and ask when it may ship out and ask politely for a nice rifle, it goes a long way. You will not be disappointed.
