Default Ward Hercules Model SD10B

I just acquired a Ward Hercules Model SD10B 12 guage, 2 3/4 chamber. The left side says 94B, selected forge steel. Under the foregrip, it has C and B circled and S Z after that. The girl is almost brand new! I know she's old though, but I cannot find any information. One of my friend's swears it looks like a Winchester he has.

Hercules is a Trade Name used by several Makers ie; Stevens, Savage, Springfield, H&R, & Iver Johnson.................That is a 94B says so right on it............Not a bad looking old shotgun.

So Savage/Stevens? Not bad then! I bought my grandfather a 1945 Fox/Savage SxS a while back. I like them! LOL! Any idea on a date?

The Holy Blue Book, 35th Edition, says this particular model has an unknown maker and no one particularly likes or wants to collect them. I find that quite sad.
