I'm not sure i see how you order them?

Do you have to be a dealer with Century? Does a C&R count as a dealer?

Yes. C&R holders can order from Century. But, first you have to set up an account. Just follow the instructions on their website for submitting your C&R, wait a couple of days and call the number listed and tell them you'd like to check the status of your account. They'll hook you up.
