Default Type/Model 99 Question

I have a type 99 Arisaka with markings I can't figure out.
The left side receiver #'s are 458974 with the Kokura arsenal marking on the right. Is this a type "0" since there is no designator prior to the #'s???

Do you mean the series mark? What Type the rifle is, is written under the Chrysanthemum...
