I wonder: Are the cracked stocks repaired or still cracked (falling apart)? My Swedish Mauser had a cracked stock, but it was professionally repaired by Swedish armory. The rifle is a fine shooter, but suffers just a little cosmetically and my uncle got a break on the price on it.
I've seen reviews and feedbacks saying that the stock was in multiple pieces, the most I heard of was 5. Royal Tiger has a F rating with the BBB. I am sure they aren't repaired, they send them to you as they get them from Albania.
Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. - Sir Winston Churchill
Americans love to fight. All real Americans love the sting of battle. - General George S. Patton Sr.
My RTI cracked stock special showed up yesterday, and I'm very pleased. The cosmo is still on it, but it's a 100% matching s/n 6 digit ghost . The crack is in the wrist of the stock, does not seem to go all the way thru and is repairable. Bluing as far as I can see is about 90% with no rust that I've found yet. Altogether a very good deal, this one will be a keeper for me.
