question about registering c&r with dealers
How can I tell if a dealer has added my c&r? I got an email from midway saying they had, but I can't tell any difference. All the prices are the same, and there's no mention of it on my account.

Discounts.
I wasn't aware that Midway gave a discount to C & R holders. They might but I had never heard it of. I do know that Brownells gives a dealer discount on a lot of there stuff but not everything. When I log on to their web site I see the discount price highlighted in red. Empire Arms sends me an email when they have something new in stock and most of the other companys send me flyers.

Yes if you send a copy to Midway, they give you dealer pricing. If you look at an item the price will say dlr under it. Sometimes it's decent, sometimes its a few cents, and sometimes its nothing. But look for dlr under the prices when you are logged on

Yeah, I figured it out finally. They really don't discount much. Only found a few things that were only a few bucks to begin with. Plus about 90% of their catalog is out of stock. I sent one to brownell's, too, just haven't heard back yet.
Do they offer discounts on ammo or reloading supplies?

Midway
Ok thanks for the info. I'll be sending a copy of my C&R to Midway as soon as I can. I have never bought ammo from Brownells but looking at the catalog it appears that some is and some isn't. As an example a box of 50 Hornady 204 Ruger 32 grain V-max is regular priced $42.99. With your C&R super secret decoder ring its $38.98. The reloading supplies appear to be discounted about the same amount. I have bought mostly gun parts, tools and a few AR uppers the the discount adds up.

I sent out about a dozen copies at the beginning of the month and have only heard back from Empire. I anxiously get the mail everyday, but nothing thus far.
